Whats the role
As a Sourcer, you will play a key role within our global Integrated Resourcing team, partnering closely with Recruiters and Marketing to attract and engage top emerging talent. You will play a key role in screening and assessing candidate applications, while also supporting the development and management of talent pipelines for Shells Graduate Programme and Early Careers opportunities across multiple markets, contributing to hiring on a global scale.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about talent sourcing, enjoys working in a collaborative environment, and is motivated to continuously improve and deliver impact.
What youll be doing
Sourcing & Screening
Identify, engage, and screen candidates aligned with defined hiring criteria for graduate and early careers roles
Review and assess On-Demand Interviews for shortlisted candidates
Apply and maintain country-specific screening standards and best practices
Partner with Recruiters to design and execute tailored sourcing strategies, including passive candidate engagement
Leverage multiple sourcing channels, tools, and techniques to build diverse talent pipelines
Provide market insights, candidate trends, and data-driven recommendations to inform recruitment strategies
Delivering Results
Deliver hiring outcomes in line with global resourcing KPIs
Champion Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DE&I), supporting Shells Powering Lives ambition
Contribute to or lead local, regional, and global resourcing improvement initiatives
Act as a brand ambassador, promoting Shells Employee Value Proposition (EVP) in all candidate interactions
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including Recruiters, Employer Branding teams and Talent partners
Operational Excellence
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and drive process enhancements
Ensure compliance with data privacy standards and recruitment policies
Maintain accurate candidate and job data within recruitment systems
Uphold globally standardised resourcing processes and high data quality standards
What you bring

This role follows a mid-shift schedule (3:00 PM 12:00 AM), with an expectation to collaborate across time zones and adjust working hours during peak hiring periods to meet the needs of assigned markets.
