About the role: 

As a Solution Developer, you'll help create solutions that deliver real value to our customers. Combining a customer-first mindset with technical expertise, you'll contribute to both daily deliveries and long-term improvements. We encourage curiosity, innovation, and continuous learning, giving you the opportunity to influence how we work and drive positive change. 

Working closely with colleagues across teams, you'll share knowledge, develop new skills, and help turn complex challenges into simple and efficient solutions. 

We're looking for someone with experience in COBOL or Assembler, basic JCL, Db2/SQL, GitHub and VS Code. Additional experience with REXX, Linux, Docker, API development, or other modern technologies is highly appreciated and will help you prosper in the role. 

To thrive in this role, we believe you have: 

 Proficiency in COBOL or Assembler (Assembler a plus), basic JCL and Db2/SQL. 

Experience using GitHub and VS Code. 

A strong customer focus and a result and business-oriented drive for high-value results. 

Eagerness to drive innovation and change alongside strong collaboration for total customer delivery. 

Beneficial: REXX skills or non-mainframe experience like Linux, Docker, or API development.
