Senior IT Analyst in Corporate Lending Team | SEB, Vilnius

We are looking for a Senior IT Analyst who combines a strong technical foundation, preferably built through experience as a Software Developer or System analyst, with the ability to understand and challenge complex business processes. What you will be doing
As a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in the development of corporate lending products and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testers to transform business needs into scalable and high-quality solutions.
- Analyzing business processes, requirements, and system capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.
- Designing solution flows, system integrations, APIs, and data exchanges across internal and external platforms.
- Collaborating with developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.
- Participating in solution design discussions and helping teams make sound technical decisions.
- Supporting testing activities, including functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
- Driving alignment of processes and solutions across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
- Taking ownership of complex initiatives, ensuring progress, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.
- Previous experience as a Software Developer, Technical Analyst, System Analyst, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of software development, system architecture principles, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
- Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
- A product mindset and experience working with cross-functional development teams.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
- Ownership, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
- The ability to navigate complex environments and drive change.
- Experience in banking, lending, financing, or other financial services.
- Knowledge of corporate lending products and processes.
- Experience working with large-scale integrations and distributed systems.
- Experience in a cross-country or international organization.
