What you will be doing

As a Senior IT Analyst, you will play a key role in the development of corporate lending products and integrations. You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and testers to transform business needs into scalable and high-quality solutions.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Analyzing business processes, requirements, and system capabilities to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
  • Translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for development teams.
  • Designing solution flows, system integrations, APIs, and data exchanges across internal and external platforms.
  • Collaborating with developers, architects, and business stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle.
  • Participating in solution design discussions and helping teams make sound technical decisions.
  • Supporting testing activities, including functional, integration, UAT, and regression testing.
  • Driving alignment of processes and solutions across Lithuania, Latvia, and Estonia.
  • Taking ownership of complex initiatives, ensuring progress, stakeholder alignment, and successful delivery.
Who we are looking for:
  • Previous experience as a Software Developer, Technical Analyst, System Analyst, or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of software development, system architecture principles, APIs, integrations, and data flows.
  • Experience translating business requirements into technical solutions.
  • A product mindset and experience working with cross-functional development teams.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ownership, curiosity, and a proactive approach to problem solving.
  • The ability to navigate complex environments and drive change.
It is an advantage if you have:
  • Experience in banking, lending, financing, or other financial services.
  • Knowledge of corporate lending products and processes.
  • Experience working with large-scale integrations and distributed systems.
  • Experience in a cross-country or international organization.
