Quantitative Analyst to Risk & Valuation Services
Do you want to work at the intersection of quantitative finance, technology, and client delivery?
As a Quantitative Analyst in Risk & Valuation Services, you will develop and deliver advanced models, systems, and services in close collaboration with sophisticated institutional clients. You will combine analytical depth with practical problem solving and contribute directly to how quantitative solutions are designed, implemented, and used in real world decision making.

Risk & Valuation Services is part of SEBs post trade and portfolio solutions offering, providing independent risk measures, valuations, and quantitative services to institutional clients across funds, insurance companies, pension institutions, banks, and corporates.
About the role
In this role, you will work in a team of experienced quantitative analysts responsible for developing, maintaining, and delivering quantitative models, systems, and client services. The work spans model development, software and system design, data flows, automation and service evolution, with a strong emphasis on collaboration, both internally and with clients.
Typical responsibilities include:
Developing and maintaining models for valuation, risk measurement, and related analytics
Developing and to the design and development of robust system solutions and technical platforms in collaboration with our colleagues in Technology
Developing scalable, maintainable solutions with a focus on automation, robustness, and long-term usability
Translating client needs into quantitative, technical, and service improvements
Supporting and evolving existing client deliveries while contributing to new services
Working closely with colleagues across quantitative, technology, and client facing teams
Engaging regularly with institutional clients as part of ongoing service delivery and support
The role combines analytical work with practical implementation and continuous improvement of client offerings.
To thrive in this role, we believe you have
Have a strong academic background in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics, finance, engineering, physics, or technology
Are business oriented and interested in how quantitative models are applied in practice
Enjoy combining analytical problem solving with system and service delivery
Are comfortable working close to clients and translating complex topics into clear, useful insights
Take ownership and contribute to a high quality delivery culture, being comfortable with both autonomous project work and close collaboration
Have experience in, or strong interest for, programming and modern technical tools used in quantitative finance
A positive mindset, curiosity, and attention to detail are essential.
