About the role

As an HR Delivery Specialist in the Compensation unit, you will support compensation processes such as variable pay, base salary, and reporting. You will manage a broad range of daily administrative and operational tasks, contribute to process improvements, and support system maintenance. The role encourages proactivity and independence while working closely with colleagues in Vilnius.

Key responsibilities:
  • Execute daily and regular HR operations within your area
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and yearly tasks based on work instructions
  • Follow up on cases in the case management system
  • Support projects and initiatives with needed input
  • Collaborate with colleagues across HR and Finance to effectively resolve user inquiries and support ongoing daily operations
  • Maintain and update work instructions as required
  • Ensure accuracy, attention to detail, and highquality results
  • Identify and suggest process improvements
  • Build and maintain good relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Participate in testing new tools
  • Share knowledge within the team

  • Previous experience working compensation or finance area would be an advantage
