SEB is looking for new KYC/AML Specialists to join the KYC/AML Center in Warsaw. The KYC/AML Center supports the continued development of KYC processes within PWM&FO business units across the Nordics and Luxembourg. Currently, KYC/AML Center is looking for Temporary hires to support our KYC Review processes.

Responsibilities
  • You will be cooperating with cross site teams and stakeholders, creating a seamless onboarding/review journey for our clients.
  • You will perform Onboarding and Periodic Reviews as assigned by the KYC Manager. Your tasks will include analyzing and validating documentation, analyzing ownership, performing screening, writing risk assessments, preparing client analysis for approval committees, updating static data, archiving documentation and performing trigger-based reviews.
  • You will be the expert in KYC/AML and other regulatory needs for onboardings/reviews and perform related tasks, when required.
  • Contribute to delivering an exceptional client experience for new and existing PWM&FO clients.
Requirements
  • You have at least 1 year of professional experience in KYC/AML processes.
  • You are well acquainted with KYC including the EU regulatory frameworks within this space.
  • You are comfortable engaging directly and regularly with stakeholders to ensure the timely completion of KYC/AML Reviews and to overcome challenges.  
  • You have an analytical foundation and an accurate and structured approach to your work.
  • You can work independently, have a strong capability of prioritizing your work in a structured manner.
  • You like taking responsibility and are comfortable working in a busy environment where priorities and objectives can change quickly.
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of a Scandinavian language is an advantage.
