**Job Summary:** Join Scotiabank's 12-month co-op/internship program in Toronto, ON. Contribute to report engineering, data analytics, and CRM enhancement within the Client Insights and Analytics team. GBM is a full-service wholesale bank in the Americas, with operations in 21 countries, serving clients across Canada, the United States, Latin America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.Client Insights and Analytics is part of the COO (Chief Operating Officers) office in Global Banking and Markets. Our mandate is to lead the execution of our business strategies through powerful reporting and analytics. We are closely integrated with our business partners to drive adoption, and client strategies/insights and opportunities.

  • Assist our teams in report engineering, data analytics and data engineering and business relationship management.
  • Work with our relationship managers for business lines including Corporate & Investment Banking, Capital Markets, Global Business Payments and International Corporate and Commercial Banking.
  • Help leverage internal and external client data to facilitate opportunity identification.
  • Support adoption, change management and enhancement of our CRM (client relationship management) system.
  • Attend program meetings, and facilitate organization and follow-up as required.
  • Carry out ad-hoc projects and tasks as required.

  • You are currently enrolled in post-secondary education.
