What youll do
- Provide support to the deal team during the investment execution and exit process, including data collection, industry research, project screening, financial modeling and engagement with various stakeholders.
- Help the deal team in preparation of various materials and presentations, including:
- Investment Committee memos.
- Fund raising materials.
- Financial and operational data collection.
- Performance reports and internal valuation.
- Assist the asset management team in post-investment monitoring of portfolio assets.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the team.
The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need
- The eligible candidates shall be able to commit at least four days full time working in SC Beijing office in consecutive 6 months. Students from top-tier universities in Beijing is preferred.
- The eligible candidates shall major in finance, economics, and accounting.
- The eligible candidates shall be able to use English as working language.
- The eligible candidates shall possess and demonstrate excellent analytics and data processing ability and skills..
- The ideal candidate shall also demonstrate certain interpersonal skills and ability to deal with pressure
- Preferably the candidates shall have prior intern experience in buy-side international reputable financial institutions. .
- Preferably the candidates shall have prior intern experience in energy (including renewable energy), power, infrastructure, utilities industrial companies.
