What youll do

1. Provide support to the deal team during the investment execution and exit process, including data collection, industry research, project screening, financial modeling and engagement with various stakeholders.
2. Help the deal team in preparation of various materials and presentations, including:

• Investment Committee memos.
• Fund raising materials.
• Financial and operational data collection.
• Performance reports and internal valuation.

1. Assist the asset management team in post-investment monitoring of portfolio assets.
2. Complete other tasks assigned by the team.

 

 

The knowledge, experience and qualifications you need

• The eligible candidates shall be able to commit at least four days full time working in SC Beijing office in consecutive 6 months. Students from top-tier universities in Beijing is preferred.
• The eligible candidates shall major in finance, economics, and accounting. 
• The eligible candidates shall be able to use English as working language.
• The eligible candidates shall possess and demonstrate excellent analytics and data processing ability and skills..
• The ideal candidate shall also demonstrate certain interpersonal skills and ability to deal with pressure 
• Preferably the candidates shall have prior intern experience in buy-side international reputable financial institutions. . 
• Preferably the candidates shall have prior intern experience in energy (including renewable energy), power, infrastructure, utilities industrial companies.
