Job Summary:
You will work within the Schroders China Investment Team. This role includes: 
1) Perform due diligence and executing investments, as well as conducting portfolio analysis, monitoring and detailed industry research 
2) Work closely with the team and analyse, assess and make investment recommendations 

3) Support business development and investor relations activities 



Key Responsibilities: 
1) Under the coaching of senior team members, through both desktop research and onsite visits, provide reliable and fact-based research 
2) Data master of frontend analysis and facilitator of investment decision process 
3) A key team member of post investment management practice

 

Preferred Background

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in Private Equity (PE), Investment Banking (IBD), or a top-tier consulting firm.
  2. Strong capabilities in financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, and investment analysis.
  3. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with a strong willingness to learn and develop.
  4. A collaborative team player who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and work effectively under pressure.
  5. Fluency in both Mandarin and English is required.
