Stagiaire Contrle de Gestion & Finance Immobilire - Htellerie
Au sein de l'quipe Finance, vous participerez au suivi financier d'un portefeuille d'actifs hteliers et contribuerez des projets transversaux stratgiques. Ce stage vous permettra d'acqurir une vision complte du contrle de gestion appliqu l'immobilier htelier, tout en dveloppant des comptences oprationnelles au contact d'experts financiers et oprationnels.
Vos missions
En support de l'quipe Contrle de Gestion et Finance, vous interviendrez notamment sur les sujets suivants :
Contrle de gestion et suivi financier
- Participation la ralisation de benchmarks financiers et oprationnels d'htels.
- Accompagnement des contrleurs de gestion en binme sur un ou plusieurs actifs du portefeuille.
- Contribution plusieurs projets :
- Homognisation des plans de comptes des htels
- Mise jour des modles budgtaires et Business Plans
- Mise en conformit RGPD
- Coordination du suivi des principaux indicateurs financiers du portefeuille
- Prparation et transmission des lments comptables aux cabinets d'expertise comptable.
- Coordination du suivi des travaux administratifs associs aux cltures comptables.
Profil recherch
- tudiant(e) en Bac+4 / Bac+5 en cole de commerce, universit ou formation spcialise en Finance, Contrle de Gestion ou Comptabilit.
- Bonne matrise d'Excel et forte apptence pour l'analyse financire.
- Rigueur, sens de l'organisation et capacit grer plusieurs sujets simultanment.
- Esprit d'quipe et excellent relationnel.
- Curiosit, autonomie et envie d'apprendre dans un environnement dynamique.
- La matrise de l'anglais professionnel est ncessaire.
