Full Job Description
As part of our fast-expanding FI franchise in Asia, we are seeking a highly-motivated institutional sales to support the growth of our institutional fixed income franchise in Hong Kong. The role will be responsible for developing and managing relationship with Hong Kong-based institutional investors, promoting the firms global fixed income capabilities and identifying investment opportunities aligned with clients objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Developing and Managing relationship with Hong Kong-based institutional investors including banks, asset managers, security firms, insurance, official institutions and etc.
Serve as a trusted partner to institutional clients by providing timely market insights and updates as well as understand clients investment and risk management objectives.
Market and distribute the firm's fixed income products, strategies and solutions aligned with clients objectives.
Collaborate with Trading, Structuring, Legal, Compliance and Operations to deliver the financial results on both individual and team level as expected.
Comply with internal compliance policies and risk control protocols.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in finance, Economics or a related discipline.
6-10 years of relevant experience in Global Markets, Fixed Income or Institutional Sales. Candidates with more experience may be considered for Vice President level.
Solid knowledge of global markets, in particular FX, rates, and credit.
Established relationships with HK-based institutional investors would be advantageous.
Strong client management, communication and business development skills.
Team player with strong commercial acumen and regulatory awareness.
Native in Cantonese and fluent in English and mandarin.
