About the role
Our Compliance team blends regulatory expertise with data-driven thinking to make sure our products meet legal and policy requirements and deliver real value to customers. In a fast-moving, digital environment, they stay one step ahead by finding smart, scalable ways to manage conduct risk.
Were looking for a Regulatory Compliance Manager to keep our consumer protection practice in compliance. Youll advise on crypto compliance requirements and related controls.

What you'll be doing
- Developing and executing a world-class compliance framework, monitoring, and training programme
- Supporting regulatory licence applications
- Monitoring, testing, and reporting on the effectiveness of our regulatory architecture
- Drafting, implementing, and rolling out compliance plans, frameworks, and policies
- Providing expert regulatory advice to the Operations teams to support product launches
- Collaborating with international product teams to navigate cross-border compliance requirements
- Supporting the Head of Compliance in rolling out a robust compliance programme
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience advising on compliance-related matters
- The ability to analyse and interpret data to guide regulatory strategy
- A solid understanding of the interplay between compliance risk and business risk
- The ability to communicate positively with regulators and members of various internal teams
- Excellent analytical skills with a proven track record of learning complex, new regulations quickly
- Fluency in English
