About the role
Growth at Revolut is where strategy, data, and creativity come together. The team drives expansion by launching in new markets, accelerating acquisition, and boosting engagement and retention. They turn insights into action, working across teams and channels to scale what works and experiment with whats next.
Were looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to understand and lead performance across search engines and AI discovery experiences. Youll own SEO strategy, landing page production, and technical initiatives that'll help us scale organically.

What you'll be doing
- Analysing large datasets to identify opportunities and turning them into a prioritised roadmap
- Owning end-to-end SEO landing page production using our in-house CMS
- Driving technical SEO improvements and scalable site wide initiatives
- Collaborating cross-functionally to improve search presence across retail and business products
- Building LLM-powered tooling to accelerate and scale team output
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience in technical SEO
- 3+ years of experience managing large-scale websites with 1M+ indexed pages
- Expertise in leading complex SEO projects from beginning to end
- Experience partnering with product and engineering teams on technical solutions
- Familiarity with SEO strategy planning for multi-language websites
- Technical fluency to build custom LLM pipelines, leverage APIs, and manage data extraction at scale
- Excellent communication skills
- Natural curiosity and a desire to make an impact
Nice to have
- Experience in fintech, financial services, tech, or SaaS
- An understanding of payments or e-commerce ecosystems
Compensation range
- Krakow: PLN17,000 - PLN26,600 gross monthly*
- Poland: PLN17,000 - PLN26,600 gross monthly*
- Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
*Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
