Are you passionate about communication, storytelling, and transforming complex topics into clear and engaging content? Join our CIB AI & Data Team and support us in communicating AI and data-driven initiatives across the organization. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology and is ideal for a student who enjoys creating presentations, improving documentation, and supporting effective stakeholder communication.

 

 

At a glance:
 

  • Starting date: as soon as possible
  • Working hours: 20-25 h/week

These tasks are waiting for you

 

  • Support the preparation, formatting, and refinement of business and project documentation
  • Assist in creating professional presentations and communication materials for internal stakeholders
  • Help coordinate and distribute communication within the AI & Data community
  • Support project teams with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and stakeholder communication
  • Contribute to ensuring consistency, quality, and clarity across documents and presentations

 

 

Your core competencies

 

  • Currently enrolled in a university program, preferably with a business, economics, communication, or technology focus
  • Strong interest in AI, data, and digital innovation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Interest in business communication, content creation, and presentation design
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office applications, particularly PowerPoint
  • Strong sense for design, structure, and visual storytelling
  • Proactive, well-organized, and detail-oriented working style
  • Ability to simplify complex topics and present them in a clear and engaging way
