Full Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and analytically skilled Corporate Credit Risk Manager who evaluates the credit risk for corporate customers (both balance sheet lending and non-recourse project finance) in multiple industries (real estate, construction, renewable energy, materials) within RBI Group. This position can be filled at Professional or Senior level, depending on the overall experience.

 

Your mission at RBI:

 

  • Independent credit risk evaluation, approval, and risk identification
  • Market and industry benchmarking, trend monitoring
  • Support and negotiation on facility structuring and terms
  • Proactive industry, product, and ESG risk expertise maintenance
  • Presentation of risk recommendations to decision bodies
  • Execution of early warning/pre-workout to reduce credit losses
  • Representation in client meetings
  • Policy evaluation, project participation, underwriting criteria definition
  • Knowledge & ppplication of regulatory frameworks (EBA, CRR/CRD, Basel III/IV, IFRS 9)

 

Your core competencies:

 

  • A degree in Finance, Economics or Commerce (or comparable studies)
  • Several years of relevant corporate/FI banking experience (corporate relationship management, product management, credit analysis, FI risk management, etc.)
  • Risk conscious mindset, yet able to think in terms of general business management with the ability to challenge, influence, and support strategic decision-making
  • Ability to manage across multiple functional areas (e.g., relationship management, product management, credit analysis, collateral management, workout) and to coordinate with senior stakeholders
  • Business level command of English; German or any CEE language is an advantage
  • Familiarity with quantitative risk concepts (e.g., rating models and data analytics tools) and AI-supported tools
