  • Salary: Gross monthly salary between EUR 5,030 and EUR 7,183 (scale 09) for a 36-hour work week.

You & your role

  • Drive the demand and feedback lifecycle for Managed Application Stacks as a Business Analyst, ensuring engineers can seamlessly request, use, and improve Azure DevOps pipelines and Managed application stacks through structured processes, clear data insights, and scalable self-service solutions.

  • Improve the intake process to reduce lead time for pipeline onboarding requests across squads
  • Increase adoption of Managed Application Stacks through data-driven insights and reporting
  • Streamline Azure DevOps CI/CD services by standardization

Top 3 responsibilities

  • Own and continuously improve the end-to-end demand and feedback process for Managed Application Stacks, ensuring all requests are structured, prioritised, and transparently tracked
  • Analyse demand, usage, and feedback data to identify trends and translate these insights into actionable improvements for platform adoption and product direction
  • Ensure engineers have seamless access to Azure DevOps pipelines by improving onboarding processes, permissions, templates, and self-service capabilities
  • You will work within Squad Aurum, part of the Rabobank engineering platform ecosystem, collaborating closely with platform teams, architects, and engineers across multiple tribes.
