Your future role within QRT:

You will join a cross-functional team at the intersection of trading, data, and technology, playing a key role in building and enhancing the firms next-generation trading analytics and PnL infrastructure.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a trusted partner to traders and quantitative researchers, providing insights on PnL, positions, and strategy performance
  • Leading investigations into PnL discrepancies and trading anomalies
  • Designing and developing dashboards and analytical tools for portfolio monitoring and management
  • Contributing to the evolution of QRTs reporting and analytics platforms through automation and data architecture improvements
  • Performing reconciliations between trading, valuation, and risk systems
  • Working closely with technology teams to build scalable data pipelines and tools

 

Your present skillset:

  • Strong academic background in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, Quantitative Finance, or a related field
  • Strong Python and SQL skills, with an interest in building scalable solutions
  • Exposure to AWS cloud services is a plus
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices and Python packaging is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Interest in financial markets, trading systems, and data infrastructure
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high standards of accuracy and ownership
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with front-office stakeholders
  • Collaborative mindset and intellectual curiosity
