The Opportunity

As a Tax Operations Transformation - Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex tax regulations, helping them optimize their tax positions and navigate compliance challenges. Within our Tax practice, you will assist clients in developing tax reporting strategies, analyzing financial data, interpreting tax laws, and providing guidance on tax reporting requirements to minimize risks for businesses. As a Senior Manager, you will leverage your skills and professional network to deliver quality results, motivating and coaching teams to solve complex problems. You will apply sound judgment, recognizing when to take action and when to escalate, while fostering high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams.

In this role at PwC, you will craft and convey clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story, applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities. You will validate outcomes with clients, share alternative perspectives, and act on client feedback. Your ability to direct teams through complexity, demonstrate composure in challenging situations, and initiate open coaching conversations will contribute to the success of our firm. - Developing and implementing tax reporting strategies to optimize client tax positions
- Analyzing financial data and interpreting tax laws to provide strategic guidance on compliance
- Collaborating with teams to solve complex tax-related challenges and drive project success
- Coaching and mentoring team members to enhance their skills and performance
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying problems and opportunities in tax processes
- Validating outcomes with clients and incorporating feedback to improve service delivery
- Directing teams through ambiguous and challenging situations with composure
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story
- Modeling and reinforcing professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
