The Opportunity

As a Tax Innovation & Delivery Experience - Tax Transformation - Senior Associate, you will specialize in delivering end-to-end solutions that integrate business, experience, and technology aspects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs, design and implement innovative solutions, and facilitate successful delivery of projects. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and enhancing your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality.

In this role, you will be part of our Tax practice, where you will analyze client needs, design and implement experience strategies, and offer guidance and support to help clients create memorable and impactful experiences. You will possess a deep understanding of business processes, customer and employee experiences, and technology capabilities to drive impactful outcomes. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isnt clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to design and implement experience strategies that enhance customer and employee engagement
- Collaborating with clients to deliver end-to-end solutions integrating business, experience, and technology aspects
- Facilitating successful project delivery by understanding and addressing client requirements
- Utilizing business process modeling and customer analysis to drive impactful outcomes
- Developing innovative solutions through creative solutions development and technology implementation
- Managing and inspiring team members to navigate complex situations and deliver quality results
- Building meaningful client connections to foster long-term relationships and trust
- Interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations for client engagements
- Upholding professional and technical standards in alignment with PwC's code of conduct and independence requirements

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
