This role involves working closely with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored marketing strategies that align with their business objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client relationships and guiding junior team members. You will navigate complex marketing environments, using your skills to anticipate client needs and deliver quality solutions. Your role will involve mentoring others and maintaining professional standards, all while growing your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role, you will be at the forefront of marketing transformation, utilizing your expertise in customer relationship management, brand strategy, and digital marketing to drive impactful results. You will have the opportunity to work with diverse teams, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement
- Conducting campaign performance analysis to optimize marketing initiatives and drive business transformation
- Utilizing CRM software to manage customer relationships and improve service management processes
- Collaborating with teams to create and execute promotional strategies that align with business objectives
- Analyzing customer needs to inform product positioning and marketing campaign development
- Leading digital merchandising efforts to increase product visibility and conversion rates across online platforms
- Managing marketing operations to validate efficient execution of marketing plans and strategies
- Prospecting potential clients to expand business opportunities and foster customer loyalty
- Creating content marketing plans to attract and retain target audiences through various channels

Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
