The Opportunity

As part of the Functional and Industry Technologies team you are expected to focus on payment cards, merchant services, commercial payments, transaction banking, or payment hub solutions. As a Senior Associate, you are to analyze complex problems, mentor others, and maintain rigorous standards. You are responsible for understanding transaction life cycles of payment products and solutions, financial operations, and data and payment systems interactions.

Responsibilities

- Analyze complex payment product life cycles
- Mentor and guide junior team members
- Maintain top-quality standards in every deliverable
- Understand financial operations and data interactions
- Provide insights on payment systems
- Build and sustain client relationships
- Develop a thorough understanding of payment solutions
- Utilize firm methodologies and technology resources

What You Must Have

- Bachelor's Degree
- 2 years of experience
- 3+ years of experience in payments or financial technology product management or solution development role(s)

- Thorough knowledge and understanding of product and solution focusing on payment cards, merchant services, commercial payments, transaction banking, or payment hub solutions

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
