We are currently looking for an experienced analyst to join our Equity Capital Markets team in our Minneapolis, MN office. Read more about our Equity Capital Markets Investment Banking group here.

The Analyst can expect to receive immediate exposure to a variety of capital raising transactions, and other strategic advisory projects, and provide significant, long-term growth potential and career advancement opportunities. On a day-to-day basis our Analysts:

  • Provide critical support during all phases of transaction execution

  • Create market related materials and closely track both public and private companies

  • Build financial models, perform valuation analyses and investor targeting

  • Conduct industry- and company-specific research

  • Interface directly with clients and senior bankers

  • Develop a versatile skillset that will serve as a strong foundation for achieving career goals    

A successful candidate will possess the following characteristics:

  • 1 - 3 years of Investment Banking or related financial experience

  • Strong work ethic, with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment, multi-task, and learn quickly

  • Detail-oriented and analytical mindset

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Previous experience with financial modeling or formal training

  • Positive attitude with a desire to work with and contribute to the culture of a close-knit team

  • Bachelors degree in finance, business, economics, or other related degrees preferred

  • U.S. work eligibility is required

  • You must be work authorized in the United States on a full-time basis without the need for employer sponsorship now or in the future. For this role, we cannot offer employment to F-1 (student) visa holders who require employer sponsorship in the future or cannot work now on a full-time basis.

The anticipated starting salary range for individuals expressing interest in this position is $110,000 - $125,000 per year. Placement within this range is dependent upon level of experience, location and other factors. This position is eligible for annual incentive compensation which will be a part of the total compensation. Total compensation for this position will be competitive with the market.
