The Opportunity:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Recruiting Coordinator to support our Dutch recruiting operations. This role offers hands-on experience across the full recruiting lifecycle, exposure to candidate engagement, and close collaboration with consultants and recruiting professionals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews, , and recruitment events

  • Maintain applicant tracking system (ATS) records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality

  • Draft and send candidate communications, offer letters, and interview feedback summaries

  • Assist with campus and virtual recruiting events (logistics, outreach, and follow-up)

  • Support on recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content

  • Support ad-hoc local HR/recruiting projects and process improvement efforts

What were looking for:

  • Master degree completed

  • Previous recruiting experience

  • Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting industry recruiting

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Dutch

  • Highly organized, with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities

  • Proactive, service-oriented mindset with a collaborative approach to working across teams

  • Comfortable using MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint);

  • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment

  • AI curiosity and learning mindset explores AI tools and practical applications to improve day-to-day work.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience supporting events or employer branding activities

  • Basic experience with data reporting or simple analytics in Excel
