Oliver Wyman is looking to hire a Campus Recruiter for our growing DNA business in India!

The Opportunity:

Oliver Wyman is expanding our internal search capability and is seeking an exceptional individual to support recruitment for our fast-growing India Data and Analytics (DNA) team.

The recruiter will play a key role in meeting our hiring needs and directly contribute to the growth and success of recruitment across India.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the end-to-end Campus and Lateral recruitment process for DNA (with a focus on Campus Recruitment) including the job posting, candidate screening, interviewing, and selection, ensuring seamless and efficient experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

  • Partner closely with key stakeholders to understand the recruitment needs and advise on the hiring strategies accordingly.

  • Building candidate pipeline by using a variety of channels, including direct sourcing efforts, direct applications, employee referral program

  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice and attract the best talent.

  • Team with the broader recruitment team on various topics and projects across tn.

  • Manage communications with candidates, acting as the face of the company to deliver an outstanding candidate experience

  • Maintain accurate records in the firms Applicant Tracking System and reports

  • Help with other areas of recruitment, like recruiting for internal business support roles and internal projects as required, including reporting and analytics


Experience Required:

  • 4+ years of recruiting experience with a focus on campus recruitment hiring for Data Science, Data Engineering, Business Analytics Business Intelligence and Advanced Analytics roles

  • Experience working in professional services or other client-driven multinational environments.

Technical Skills:

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS) Workday is preferred.

  • Strong MS Office skills Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

Skills and Attributes:

  • Collaborative and works effectively as part of a high-performing team.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Credible, highly professional, and able to communicate and negotiate effectively with partners and consultants with diverse personalities, cultures, and backgrounds.

  • Highly motivated, proactive, high-performing multi-tasker who takes full ownership of their work and manages the details, prioritizing as needed

Technical Skills:

  • Strong PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills, high attention to detail and ability to convey a narrative through the use of data and research

  • Strong sense of ownership and experience proactively taking initiative, collaboratively driving strategy, using sound judgment to prioritize requests, and working with minimal direction

  • Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
