Associate Process Specialist in Reconciliation & Common Services

About this opportunity

 

Welcome to the Reconciliation & Common Services team. We add value by monitoring Nordea accounts and informing relevant stakeholders when there are mismatches in their transactions. As an Associate Process Specialist, youll play a valuable role in our daily processing and project participation.

 

What youll be doing:

  • Ensuring process sustainability and delivering services in line with agreed service levels
  • Actively building process knowledge to deliver the required service level
  • Updating, supervising and approving data in banking systems & applications in accordance with the procedures and regulations
  • Identifying and proposing improvement opportunities within your area of responsibility to increase process efficiency and reduce operational risk and cost
  • Representing the unit professionally and contributing to Nordeas strong reputation
  • Developing your skills by learning different tasks within Reconciliation & Common Services

 

Youll join a highly skilled team, collaborate with our stakeholders in the international finance industry and increase your knowledge within the banking sector. You will be involved in a variety of tasks and projects, providing efficiency improvements for various business areas and contributing to Nordeas future way of banking. The role is based in d.
