Job Description

You are joining the VEGA IS Analysis and Offer Strategy team as a Product Specialist Assistant, for one 1-year apprenticeship from September 2026.

The Analysis and Strategy team of VEGA Investment Solutions (Natixis Investment Managers group) is specialized in representing, building and guiding the investment solutions proposed by VEGA IS in the areas of employee savings, intended for banking networks, BPCEs wealth management division and wealth management advisors.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: 

Salary savings and retirement:

• Contribution to responses to calls for tenders;
• Studies of customer requests and solution proposals;
• Coordination of solutions implementations validated by the client;
• Participation in various projects to build support materials for sales (Quatuor de l'Epargne, merits of scheduled payments...);
• Help with the implementation of a tool for automating the management of questionnaires (DDQ) and calls for tenders.
   

Banking networks:

• Development of fund presentations (tailor-made), automation research (ongoing project);
• Contribution and participation in interventions on the macro-economy, financial markets, diversified allocation, responsible investment, private assets;
• Help on fund pitch support presentations.
   

General: 

• Technological and competitive intelligence;
• Assistance with training materials (diversification of the allocation, model portfolios...);
• Specific studies based on current economic and financial news (AI, energy market, etc.).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a BAC+5 student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school) with a specialization in Finance or Asset Management.
You are proficient in English, office tools including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and VBA programming. Knowledge of Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct is an additional asset.
You are interested in topics related to financial markets and savings, with good ease on files combining statistical data and writing.
Versatile, curious, autonomous, rigorous and responsive, you appreciate teamwork. You are also endowed with a spirit of analysis and synthesis.
