Job Description

You are joining our team, which is looking for a Junior operations and process analyst, for a V.I.E. of 12 months from January 2027.

For the activities of the Luxembourg branch of NIMI, you will assist one of the permanent representatives with the daily management of the office as well as in his role within the Finance / Business Operations group.

Your main tasks will be:

• Launch of the new funds;
• Fund merger;
• Fund liquidations;
• Launch / change / deletion of fund shares;
• Implementation of new products.

This position is administrative/back-office in the field of asset management. 

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have a 2/3 year degree from a business school or university in finance.
You have a perfect command of the Office Pack.
You are rigorous.
You have the spirit of synthesis, autonomy and initiative, which are essential qualities for this mission.
You are also recognized for your interpersonal and writing skills.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
