Job Description


Within the Finance team, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial data.

You will help your team members in analyzing, consolidating and automating different processes of the Finance department.  

You will also provide support in month-end closing activities, including generating financial statements and management reports:

  • Process Handling and Automation: Process invoice booking and work on the reconciliation process.

  • Contribute to the automation of these tasks where feasible.

  • Financial Closing Support: Assist accountants in preparing financial statements, ensuring their accuracy and compliance with accounting standards. Update/create management reports on a daily/monthly basis.

  • Budget Cycle and Planning Support: Support the annual budget cycle, including forecasts and mid-term planning.

  • Master Data Management: Implement structural changes in master data (e.g., creating business units).

  • IT Finance Transformation: Support IT Finance transformation initiatives.

  • Operational Support: Support for the Local Finance Director and CFO in any tasks deemed relevant within the finance division.
