Job Description
- Conduct redesign/review/recalibration exercises on the scope of credit rating and ESG models in accordance with internal modeling guidelines and those of the supervisor;
- Discuss with the Risks and Front experts in the context of developing credit rating and ESG models, as well as issues related to the scope of application of these models;
- Draft summary documents for users and internal/external oversight bodies and contribute to the update of procedures related to the rating system;
- Present model changes to validation committees within both Natixis and Groupe BPCE and, where appropriate, to regulatory bodies;
- Participate in the operational integration of developed models/calibrations and regulatory monitoring;
- Organize training sessions for the Groups credit and business analysts on new versions of rating models;
- Present the follow-ups of the models as part of the annual backtesting exercises.

With a higher education (Master/Doctorate) in Economics/Finance (business school or equivalent), you have proven experience in the field of regulatory technical risks.
Do you have:
Financial analysis of Funds, Insurance, and Broker Dealers, and the concepts related to rating models and, in general, credit risk models with a strong ability to initiate innovative topics and structure/write studies
The professions of Corporate and Investment Banking;
The regulatory requirements
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:
