Join a dynamic team focused on originating, executing, and syndicating debt financings across loan, private placement, and debt capital markets, with a global reach. You will play a key role in supporting advisory and arranging mandates within high-growth sectors such as Power & Renewables, Midstream Infrastructure, Digital Infrastructure, Transportation, and Mining throughout the Americas.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Modeling: Oversee, and when required, develop sophisticated financial models for single or multiple assets.
  • Strategic Communication: Lead the preparation of critical presentations and materials for senior management and credit committees.
  • Stakeholder Management: Effectively coordinate the work of external advisors (technical, legal, etc.) to ensure transaction success.
  • Due Diligence: Actively participate in and contribute to due diligence meetings and calls, bringing your expertise to bear.
  • Negotiation: Make significant contributions to the negotiation of term sheets and financing documentation.
  • Professional Development: Attend conferences and training sessions to stay at the forefront of industry trends.
  • Team Collaboration: Actively support the deal team and manager in achieving objectives.

 

Qualifications:

  • Academic Background: A Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, Engineering, or a scientific field, coupled with at least 2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure financing, advisory, or a similar area.
  • OR A graduate degree, such as an MBA or equivalent, with a minimum of 1 years of experience in infrastructure financing, advisory, or a related field.
  • Language Skills: Proficiency in Spanish is a significant asset for engaging with a diverse client base.
  • Analytical Expertise: Demonstrated strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills, crucial for navigating complex transactions.
  • Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Effective verbal and written communication, client relationship management, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Teamwork & Organization: Proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Hold Series 7 and Series 79 licenses.

Base salary is only one component of our total rewards package. Natixis also offers a generous benefits package, and you may be eligible for a discretionary incentive award depending on company and individual performance

 

The salary range for this  Associate position will be between $140,000 - $150,000. Natixis is required by law to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role.
