Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS

You are joining our team Corporate Finance , who is looking for a Corporate Finance Relationship Intern (F/M) , for a 6-month internship starting from September 2026.

In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be: 

• Market research: carry out in-depth analyses of the Tech, Media, Telecom, Luxury and Retail sectors to map the main players and market trends;
• Monitoring and analysis of operations: identify the key operations of existing and prospective clients in each market worldwide and analyze each of them in order to identify those that are most relevant to Natixis;
• Enrich the daily and weekly sectoral newsletters;
• Contribute to the preparation of commercial presentations in coordination with the other business lines of the Banque de Financement et d'Investissement (CIB);
• Preparation of credit notes: participate in the preparation of credit committees (description of operations and clients, financial and credit analyses, risk assessments related to transactions).

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

As a 4/5 year-old student, you are preparing a university or business school degree.

You have a solid academic background in credit analysis and financial analysis; experience as a bank analyst is a plus;

You have an interest in the banking sector and banking products;

You have a strong appetite for the TMT, Luxury, and Retail sectors;

You are a team player and have strong interpersonal skills.

And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
