Job Description
You are joining our team who is looking for two Financial Analysts for internships of 6 months, to be provided with January 2027.
As part of its strategic plan, Groupe BPCE aims to become the leading banking group in the healthcare sector in France. This objective also includes the continued development of this sector internationally, in collaboration with all the teams at Natixis and BPCE, and by relying on its network of M&A (Mergers & Acquisitions) boutiques. In this context, four priority markets have been defined: infrastructure, health professionals, health companies, and dependency and disability. The target clientele includes both corporates and sponsors active in this field.
The Global Healthcare team supports and advises clients in the broader health sector on the various transactions and products offered by the bank. The team works closely with Natixis' Coverage & Advisory division and, more broadly, the Corporate and Investment Banking (BGC), in particular with the Mergers & Acquisitions teams (both internal and within the partner network), Capital Advisory, Acquisition & Strategic Finance and Debt Capital Markets (DCM) to promote and execute transactions in the sector.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
- Preparation and presentation of marketing materials for corporate clients (pitches, company profiles, sector studies, valuation analyses, etc.), within the team and in collaboration with the banks other product teams (ECM, DCM, etc.);
- Monitoring execution with production teams and managing relationships with clients and prospects;
- Market monitoring (sector-specific research) and updating of the sectors valuation multiples.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
As a BAC +4/5 level student, you are preparing a degree (university, business school or engineering school), with a specialization in Finance.
You ideally have a background in life sciences.
You have a first experience in investment banking (M&A, ECM, Financing) or in the healthcare sector.
You know how to prepare financial documents (pitches, company profiles, valuations).
You have a keen interest in the health sector and its issues.
You are familiar with the Pack Office and financial databases (Bloomberg, Refinitiv, Mergermarket).
You are proactive, creative and critical.
You like working in a team and have excellent interpersonal skills.
And last but not least, you are perfectly fluent in English.
