Job Description
You are joining the Dispute Resolution & Investigations team of the Natixis Legal Department.
On a daily basis, your tasks are to:
Manage a portfolio of litigation files in civil, commercial, and criminal matters: define the strategy, mandate lawyers, monitor legal proceedings, negotiate, compromise, etc.;
Provide legal advice to internal clients on pre-litigation and litigation files;
Coordinating legal proceedings abroad;
Managing the investigations of regulators or various authorities (AMF, ACPR, ECB...).
Carry out legal monitoring on the topics monitored as part of your portfolio of litigation files;
Ensure reporting related to the disputes you follow.
You work in an international environment, within a community of experts who place excellence, impact and collective action at the heart of everything they do.
Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

With a higher education in business law, you have at least 5 years of experience in business litigation on Corporate & Investment Banking (CIB) files within a law firm or a legal department of a bank.
You master:
Monitoring a portfolio of varied litigation files, before French and/or international courts;
Investigations by regulators.
You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good ability to listen; you are:
Endowed with good writing skills and a good analytical spirit;
Autonomous and responsive;
Motivated by teamwork.
You are proficient in English with a C1 level.
