Job Description
You will join the Shareholder Networks Coverage team, which is looking for a Senior Banker Assistant, Shareholder Networks, for a 2-year work-study program starting in September 2026.
Your main mission will be to assist the 2 senior bankers in developing relationships with Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne (Groupe BPCE).
In collaboration with your supervisor, your main tasks will include:
- Establishing relationships with Natixis' various Business Lines to conduct activity reviews.
- Preparing concise memos and PowerPoints on our relationships with BP and CE for visits by our CEO to BP and CE, and for the senior bankers.
- Monitoring actions to be taken.
- Participating in the organization of Natixis Business Days for BP and CE.
- Maintaining and ensuring the reliability of client databases.
- Contributing to building a relationship of trust between Natixis and Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne.
- Preparing annual reviews / strategic profiles on our clients (14 Banque Populaire, 15 Caisse d'Epargne, and Banque Palatine): financial analysis of key balance sheet figures / positioning compared to other group institutions, presentation of the institution's organization, strategy, and challenges / positioning within its territory.
- Monitoring our clients' news: financial, organizational, and business updates.
- Assisting in managing KYC / KYB (Know Your Customer / Know Your Business) files.
- Participating in i) the construction of the development plan per covered institution and per addressed business lines, and ii) its monitoring.
As a Senior Banker Assistant for Shareholder Networks, you will participate in developing commercial synergies between Natixis' various business lines and our shareholders, BP and CE, a mission included in our strategic plan.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience
Student at Master's level (BAC +4), you are preparing a degree from a business school or engineering school, with a specialization in Finance. You have a good command of the Pack Office suite. You have a good overall understanding of a CIB's (Corporate and Investment Banking) business. With an open and curious mind, you excel at maintaining fluid dialogue with various stakeholders (Natixis Business Lines; Banque Populaire and Caisse d'Epargne banks). You have excellent writing skills and are reliable for calculations and data restitution. And last but not least, you are fluent in English.
