Your Team Responsibilities
The Implementation Consultant works in a fast-paced environment, engaging with a variety of investment and technology professionals inside and outside the firm. They will work directly with the Implementation team to facilitate onboarding client investment data onto our platform. Primary responsibilities include creating processes to intake complex investment data, and direct interaction with institutional clients. Implementation Consultants demonstrate a high attention to detail, confidence, and entrepreneurial mindset. Candidates should be comfortable working in a team environment, while also juggling multiple priorities on tight deadlines.
Your Key Responsibilities
Build out clients portfolio hierarchy(s) and fund manifests which can include UDF and commitment creation Create templates to integrate new clients historical accounting data Validate historical fund level market values, transactions, and returns against clients performance provider. Triage and remediate differences and be able to document and explain potential cause(s) of differences Enter and modify liquidity terms based on client feedback Communicate with clients to coordinate project deadlines and to answer questions they have on the onboarding process/deliverables Assist in maintaining project management documentation to track exposure maintenance, manager communications, and project timeline Assist in the creation of client fact sheets and other client specific documentation to prepare client for BAU service Train new employees on data team processes Work with our data engineering team to set up client accounting and exposure feeds from custodial banks Coordinate with development and client solutions team to assist with client requests or platform bugs
Your skills and experience that will help you excel
1-3 years of experience Candidate must exhibit strong financial and analytical skills Candidate must be client service oriented and demonstrate an ability to problem solve Partnership or investment accounting experience is a plus Technology proficiency is essential, advanced Microsoft Excel skills are required Strong communication skills, including the ability to speak and write in English with a high degree of fluency Ability to handle multiple tasks, meet reporting deadlines, and demonstrate flexibility with delivery of assignments Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or Mathematics is preferred but not required Knowledge of VBA, SQL, or other programing languages is a plus
