Your Team Responsibilities

This is a 6 months contract role that requires working 3 days per week.

Join MSCIs dynamic APAC Marketing team as a Marketing Intern and gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced, global environment. This internship offers a unique opportunity to support a wide range of regional marketing initiatives across markets such as Japan, Australia, Southeast Asia and Greater China. The intern will work closely with regional marketing leads to help execute campaigns, support events, and contribute to marketing operations designed to enhance client engagement and brand visibility.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the execution of regional marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Support the planning, logistics, and promotion of both in-person and virtual events across the APAC region.
  • Help create, update, and localize marketing materials and digital assets.
  • Collaborate with team members on marketing reporting and performance tracking.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and support content development.
  • Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal teams for event and campaign execution.
  • Assist with content proofreading, translation, and adaptation (e.g., English and local languages, depending on location).
  • Support post-event follow-ups and lead tracking.
  • Handle general administrative tasks such as scheduling, file organization, and team coordination.

Your skills and experience that will help you excel

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Finance, or a related field.
  • Able to commit to at least 3 full working days per week and a minimum internship duration of 6 months.
  • Strong communication skills in English.
  • Genuine interest in financial markets, marketing, and/or event management.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, content platforms, and social media is a bonus.
  • Experience in event planning or project coordination is advantageous.
  • A team player with a proactive mindset and a desire to learn.
