Full Job Description
We're seeking someone to join our team as a Vendor Enablement Lead. The Vendor Enablement Lead is responsible for advancing the Firm's supplier enablement strategy, ensuring the organization can efficiently engage, onboard, and manage suppliers while supporting broader transformation and operational excellence initiatives.

What you'll do in the role:
- Lead the Vendor Enablement function, managing supplier onboarding, maintenance, and governance activities while ensuring a high standard of service delivery across the supplier lifecycle
- Lead strategic initiatives and technology enhancements that modernize supplier onboarding, vendor management, and payment-related processes across the Source to Pay platforms
- Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to simplify processes, enhance controls, and improve the supplier and stakeholder experience
- Oversee risk management, regulatory compliance, and internal controls associated with supplier onboarding and maintenance activities
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Procurement, Finance, Technology, Business Units, and external suppliers to drive efficient and compliant supplier engagement
- Develop performance reporting and operational insights to measure outcomes, support decision-making, and drive continuous improvement across the function
What you'll bring to the role:
- Proven experience leading teams in Vendor Enablement, Supplier Onboarding, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, or a related Source-to-Pay function
- Strong understanding of supplier lifecycle management, vendor onboarding processes, and associated risk and control requirements
- Experience driving process improvements, operational efficiencies, and technology-enabled transformation initiatives

- Demonstrated ability to build effective partnerships and influence stakeholders across business, operations, technology, and supplier organizations
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
