What youll bring

  • Extensive experience in reporting, data analytics, business intelligence, risk reporting, management information, or regulatory reporting

  • Proven ability to independently create, manage, and deliver high-quality reporting for senior audiences

  • Advanced proficiency in SQL, Tableau, Excel, PowerPoint, or comparable analytics and visualization tools

  • An innovative mindset and practical interest in applying AI, automation, and emerging technologies to reporting challenges

  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills

  • The organization and ownership needed to manage multiple deliverables in a deadline-driven environment

  • Experience in complaints, banking, risk, compliance, consumer finance, or another regulated environment is an advantage

  • Knowledge of retail banking or institutional products and U.S. banking regulations is beneficial

Why join us?

  • Take ownership of a strategically important reporting and analytics capability

  • Build solutions that directly influence senior management and governance decisions

  • Modernize reporting through AI, automation, and advanced data visualization

  • Gain international exposure by partnering with teams across Budapest, Mumbai, and the U.S.
