We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Governance Control Associate to join our Model and EUC Governance team within the Finance Division. This is a unique opportunity to work globally across all risk stripescredit, market, operational, liquidity, and model risk. You will engage closely with model/EUC developers and reviewers, and collaborate across various business and functional areas within the firm. Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory & Documentation Management

  • Maintain Inventories: Oversee the inventory of all models, tools, and EUCs within Finance, ensuring comprehensive and accurate records through effective stakeholder management.

  • Documentation Oversight: Monitor documentation status to ensure completion and manage the broader model certification and exception processes.

2. Framework Execution & Support

  • Framework Support: Assist in executing the model control and EUC frameworks, ensuring adherence to governance, documentation standards, and policies.

  • Insightful Reporting: Provide valuable input to the Reporting team for preparing presentation materials for model committees and regulatory exams, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

3. Communication & Risk Management

  • Effective Communication: Ensure clear and effective communication and reporting to functional teams, managers, stakeholders, and senior leadership.

  • Risk Identification: Proactively identify emerging risks and contribute to strategies for mitigating them.

4. Leadership & Cultural Contribution

  • Role Model: Act as a role model and culture carrier, embodying the Firm's values and holding yourself and others accountable to Firm standards.
