What youll do in the role:

Morgan Stanley Services Group, Inc. is seeking a Director, QA Engineer in Alpharetta, GA to plan and execute across all software testing phases. Understand business domains and use abilities to connect the dots end-to-end. Communicate to the fleet leadership on a regular basis. Develop test automation solutions for software applications across different platforms. Participate in technical discussions with engineering teams to understand application architecture. Integrate test automation scripts with DevOps tools to achieve Continuous Integration, Testing and Delivery. Perform periodical review on squads adherence to best practices. Perform problem solving to remove hurdles for QA members to perform effectively and efficiently. Resolve defects and ensure timely closure. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week.

What youll bring to the role:

-Requires a Bachelors in Applied Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field

-Requires three (3) years of experience in the position offered or three (3) years as a Software Engineer, Associate,

or related occupation.

-Requires three (3) years of experience with the following skills:

  • Cyara;
  • TeamCity;
  • Jenkins;
  • GIT;
  • JIRA;
  • ALM;
  • ARD;
  • API Automation;
  • ETL;
  • DB2;
  • Informatica;

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $148,000 and $148,000 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.
