Were seeking someone to join our team as a Data Product Owner, where you will help shape and deliver semantic data models by working directly with stakeholders to understand their needs and translating those needs into clear requirements that guide design, testing, and rollout.

In the Human Resources division, we help the firm support and develop its workforce through people insight, effective service delivery and practical tools that make it easier for employees and managers to get what they need. This role sits within HR Data & Intelligence, which helps the firm make better workforce decisions by turning data into trusted insight and delivering the reporting, platforms and AI-supported capabilities that support people operations and self-service access to workforce insight across HR and the business.

What youll do in the role

  • Lead the design and governance of semantic data models that support enterprisewide HR analytics and selfservice insights.
  • Translate stakeholder needs into clear, actionable business and functional requirements for Snowflakebased data products and semantic models.
  • Partner closely with engineering teams to guide solution design and ensure requirements are understood and technically feasible.
  • Support testing and validation activities, including scenario definition and user acceptance testing.
  • Coordinate changemanagement and rollout activities, including documentation, release readiness, and stakeholder communication.
  • Maintain ongoing engagement with stakeholders to ensure data products remain accurate, intuitive, and aligned to operational and strategic HR needs.
  • Lead data quality issue analysis, prioritize and triage defects, and collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to expedite issue resolution and support continuous data quality improvement.

What youll bring to the role

  • Experience translating business needs into requirements for data or analytics products, ideally within cloud data platforms or Snowflake environments.
  • Ability to work with technical teams on data design, semantic- modeling concepts, testing approaches, and solution validation.
  • Experience engaging diverse stakeholders, gathering feedback, and balancing competing needs in product decision-making.
  • Understanding of data governance principles, data quality expectations, and scalable semantic model design.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for nontechnical audiences.
