Full Job Description

We are seeking a Director to join the Human Resources Division as part of the Central Compensation Analytics team. This role leads firmwide compensation analytics, market benchmarking, and reporting, providing strategic insight and governance across compensation planning, executive benchmarking, regulatory and management reporting, and enterprise-wide compensation programs.

It partners closely with senior HR and business leaders to deliver market intelligence, compensation insights, and data-driven recommendations that support talent and pay decisions across the firm.

The role will also partner closely with businessaligned compensation teams to deliver clear, accurate, and decisionready insights supporting one of the Firms largest expense categories.

What you'll do in the role:

  • Lead firmwide compensation analytics and reporting, providing insights to support compensation strategy and decision-making across the organization.
  • Oversee participation in external compensation surveys and benchmarking studies, managing vendor relationships and ensuring high-quality market data for executive, business unit, and broad-based compensation analyses.
  • Deliver compensation reporting and workforce analytics for senior HR and business leadership, including executive benchmarking, pay positioning, compensation trends, and regulatory reporting.
  • Partner with HR, Compensation, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders to support compensation governance, policy development, and market competitiveness assessments.
  • Lead key compensation processes and programs, including year-end analytics, high-low compensation reporting, and enterprise compensation metrics.
  • Develop advanced analytics, dashboards, and modeling to provide actionable insights for senior management, compensation committees, and HR leadership.
  • Drive process improvements, automation, and reporting enhancements that increase efficiency, strengthen controls, and improve the delivery of compensation data and insights.
  • Manage and develop a team of compensation professionals responsible for market data, reporting, and compensation analytics across the firm.

What you'll bring to the role:

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years of experience, preferred in compensation, financial planning, financial analysis, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical capability with a proven ability to translate complex data into concise, actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated experience managing multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment, with strong ownership, judgment, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing materials for senior management or executive forums.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills required; experience with Access or large enterprise HR/finance systems preferred.
