Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst Reporting
Location: Mahe (Remote) Global Shared Services Centre (GSC)
We are hiring a Senior Financial Analyst Reporting with strong experience in Financial Reporting, Month-End Close, and R2R processes in an MNC environment. The role involves end-to-end reporting, financial analysis, and ensuring timely and accurate closure of books.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial close
- Perform end-to-end financial reporting (R2R) for assigned entities
- Prepare financial statements, reports, and variance analysis
- Handle journal entries (accruals, deferrals, intercompany, prepayments)
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations & ageing analysis
- Manage fixed assets, depreciation & bank reconciliations
- Review commission, bonus accruals & payments
- Ensure SLA adherence and internal controls compliance
- Support audit queries and stakeholder communication
- Drive process improvements & support transitions (onshore to offshore)
Key Requirements
- CA / CMA (Qualified / Semi-qualified) or Commerce Graduate/Postgraduate
- 6+ years of experience (minimum 4 years in MNC)
- Strong experience in Financial Reporting / R2R / GL Accounting
- Hands-on experience in Month-End Close
- Proficiency in SAP / ERP systems
- Advanced MS Excel skills
Preferred Experience
- Experience in Shared Services / GSC environment
- Exposure to process transition / migration projects
