Skills and Competencies
Proven expertise in system operations, business analysis, and managing EPM Cloud operations for Finance and Accounting, with 3+ years in IT project implementations
Proficiency in advanced Excel modelling, Visual Basic .NET, SQL Server; familiarity with Fabric Lakehouse and IQ Planning is a plus
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business and technical issues, identify root causes, translate business needs into actionable technical solutions, and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Skilled in project and issue management tools such as JIRA and ServiceNow, ensuring efficient workflows and resolution tracking
Success in cross-functional team collaboration, stakeholder relationship management, and aligning priorities to achieve shared business goals in dynamic environments
Working knowledge of Semarchy or similar enterprise Master Data Management platforms with exposure to MDM governance concepts is a plus
Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use

Responsibilities
Transform raw transactional data into analytical insights using OneStreams Specialty Planning, Analytical Blend, and custom solutions to meet evolving business needs
Lead operational excellence across the SDLC and incident management, utilizing JIRA for structured project plans, timely delivery, and compliance with audit standards
Manage security protocols, access provisioning, and governance activities, ensuring SOX compliance and adherence to regulatory standards
Drive efficiency through process automation, data reconciliation improvements, and deployment of BI tools and advanced technologies
Oversee platform scalability, proactive issue resolution, and continuous improvement, ensuring transparency with detailed project reporting
Execute administrative tasks to manage master data operations in Semarchy, including maintaining user access privileges, supporting data steward workflows, monitoring hierarchy job execution, and coordinating with teams on approval workflows and audit reviews
Streamline OneStream master data management by integrating it with Semarchy to enhance workflow transparency, strengthen data governance, minimize incident frequency, and mitigate audit risks
Develop SOPs, mentor team members, and deliver impactful training programs to empower users and maximize the EPM platforms capabilities
About the Team
For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $119,100.00 - $172,650.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
