Title: Asst Dir-Client Service Specialist

Location: 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007 

Duties: Support our clients in the implementation and application of Moody's Analytics Solutions. Ensure that our financial models, products, and technology are used effectively and appropriately to add value to our clients businesses. Analyze complex financial models on conceptual, intuitive, and practical levels. Provide thorough quantitative and conceptual solutions to our wide range of clients. Leverage broad knowledge of credit and market risk methodologies by working with the latest breed of financial research. Provide indepth education and assistance on product features, functionality and the product technical architecture. Support clients on the use of our industry leading credit risk products. Communicate effectively and develop excellent working relationships with colleagues with external Client Service and internal engineering and research teams. 

Requirements: Requires a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Financial Mathematics, Risk Management, or a closely related quantitative field. Must have experience or academic training with the following: performing complex data analysis and interpreting financial models; writing SQL queries and stored procedures, SQL procedures and error messages, and Operating System/Database server diagnostics; utilizing programming languages, Conducting price analysis and time-series modeling; and analyzing complex mathematical problems and finding solutions via analysis of application log files. 

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $112,778 to $164,050/yr, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation. Moodys also offers a competitive benefits package, including not but limited to medical, dental, vision, parental leave, paid time off, a 401(k) plan with employee and company contribution opportunities, life, disability, and accident insurance, a discounted employee stock purchase plan, and tuition reimbursement.
