- Two or more years of experience in sales, project management, business operations, sales operations, analytics, consulting, or a related role
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill information clearly for different audiences
- Ability to create polished presentations, reports, trackers, and meeting materials with limited guidance
- Highly organized, reliable, and able to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and follow-ups
- Collaborative and professional, with confidence working across stakeholders in a complex organization
- Curious and analytical, with interest in business analysis, data, problem solving, and process improvement
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to producing accurate, high-quality work
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency. - Prepare materials for leadership and working sessions, including agendas, research, data inputs, draft slides, and post-meeting follow-ups
- Support process improvement by documenting workflows, gathering stakeholder input, identifying pain points, and summarizing practical recommendations
- Research sales practices, operating processes, tools, and emerging technologies, and translate findings into concise, actionable insights
- Help translate leadership priorities into action by coordinating workstreams, organizing information, and preparing clear materials
