  • Lead the team to deliver on its agreed control testing plans, reporting on findings to stakeholders and helping them to scope improvement activities (if applicable)
  • Use your commercial awareness to help understand and solve controls-related problems with the greatest business impact
  • Work with our Risk Data and Platform teams to improve the actionable insights from the teams activities, driving a culture of control consciousness across Monzo

  • You're impact driven and eager to have a really positive impact on the company, product, users and very importantly your colleagues as well
  • You're commercially minded and can help to put controls into business perspective
  • Youre as comfortable getting hands-on (delivering testing and building automation solutions) as taking a step back and thinking strategically
  • You have a self-starter mindset; you proactively identify issues and opportunities and tackle them without being told to do so
  • You're a team player whom your colleagues can rely on, able to build relationships with folks across our 3 lines of defence
