- Maintaining Monzo's single source of truth on what bureau (borrowing) data and products we hold, what we're contracted for, and how each is used
- Tracking and reconciling spend against supplier volumes and budgets, and surfacing cost-optimisation opportunities
- Coordinating supplier onboarding steps with Legal, Data Protection, Security and Procurement
- Helping test and evaluate new CRA and alternative-data products, and writing up findings for the squad to evaluate further
- Owning end-to-end one or more supplier relationships or EU workstreams (e.g. Open Banking scoring, a market's bureau stack), and deputising for the Credit Bureau Relationship Manager
- Leading discrete procurement/contract-lifecycle activities and shaping supplier strategy in your area
Wed love to hear from you if
- You're highly organised and thrive on keeping many moving parts in order i.e tracking actions, deadlines and follow-ups so nothing slips
- You're a clear, confident communicator, comfortable coordinating with suppliers and internal teams
- You have a sharp eye for detail across invoices, contracts, trackers and records stay accurate in your hands
- You're proactive and self-starting: you chase things down and keep work moving without being asked
- You're genuinely curious about credit-bureau data, suppliers and how they support lending and keen to build that domain knowledge
- Nice to have: exposure to procurement, supplier/vendor management, or financial services
