Meet the Team
Operations and Middle Office is one of the largest departments at Millennium.
Core post-trade operations for futures, currencies (FX), and commodities. In practice, this is the operational backbone that supports trading in these asset classes handling the lifecycle of trades after they're executed. Based on the team's makeup, this covers areas like trade capture and reconciliation, clearing/settlement, and futures/FX operational processing. What You'll Do

  • Manage brokerage, fees, and commission processes across ASIA, EMEA, and NAM markets.

  • Review and support CME EFS, BPS, monthly invoices, rebates, and ad hoc adjustments.

  • Interpret and apply exchange fee schedules, Give-Up Agreements, regulatory fees, rebate programs, and member vs non-member rates.

  • Investigate and resolve fee / commission breaks, perform root cause analysis, and fix static or setup issues.

  • Maintain and update EXEC / EXCH / CLR commission rules in internal platforms to ensure accurate fee pickup.

  • Support both manual and electronic (Atlantis) brokerage processes. Use tools such as GMI, FIA Docs, Atlantis, and related systems for reconciliations and investigations.

  • Identify automation opportunities, reduce manual intervention, and improve controls and efficiency.

  • Support a high-level understanding of Trade, Position, and Cash reconciliations; Direct Bill process knowledge is a plus.

What You Bring

  • We are seeking an experienced Brokerage / Fees & Commissions Specialist with 510 years of experience in brokerage operations, exchange fee analysis, or fees and commissions within financial services.

  • Strong understanding of global markets operations across ASIA, EMEA, and NAM.

  • Hands-on experience with CME EFS, BPS, GMI, FIA Docs, Atlantis, or similar platforms.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and investigation skills.

  • Excellent attention to detail and control mindset. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proactive approach to root cause fixes and continuous process improvement.

  • Good knowledge of exchange fee schedules, EGUS / Give-Up Agreements, regulatory fees, rebates, and membership concepts.
