Meet the Team
FIC Analytics Technology sits within Millenniums Information Technology organization, a function that is core to the health and growth of the firm. The team supports a flexible, scalable technology environment and advanced proprietary systems, with a focus on analytics capabilities that help the business solve complex problems through technology and data-driven innovation.
What You'll Do
Build, maintain, and enhance Millenniums in-house quantitative pricing and risk library in C++
Support the integration of the library into upstream applications and broader technology workflows
Strengthen the ecosystem around the library by partnering with users and collaborating across teams within the firm
Gather user requirements and translate them into scalable, practical technical solutions
Provide ongoing user support to drive effective adoption and usage of the platform
Promote C++ coding standards, design best practices, and maintainable engineering patterns
Contribute to the next generation of price and risk analytics capabilities in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
Bachelors degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline; advanced qualifications are a plus
2+ years of professional experience in C++ development
Strong hands-on experience with modern C++, including C++17, C++20, or later standards
Solid understanding of design patterns, data structures, and algorithms
Proven ability to write efficient, high-performance, production-quality code
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, fast-paced environment with a high level of ownership and attention to detail
Experience with pricing or risk analytics libraries, cross-platform C++ development across Windows and Linux, or knowledge of financial instruments is a plus
